Earn 10 hours of PTO the first of the month, every month, up to 120 hours. Why do we cap it there? Because we want you to USE your time and enjoy life away from the workplace.


Depending on the year, we offer a combination of 6 paid/floating holidays, which typically include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our People Helping People

This special benefit (eligible after 1 year) allows employees to schedule off 8 hours per year to volunteer for a specific charitable non-profit, and we pay you to do it! We believe in giving back to our communities, and this is just one way we show it!
